5:2. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನೀವು ದುಃಖಭರಿತರಾಗಿರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಭೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕಿತ್ತು.

5:2. ಆದರೆ ಇಂಥ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದವನನ್ನು ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕದೆಯೂ ದುಃಖಪಡದೆಯೂ ಉಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡ ವರಾಗಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದೀರಿ.

5:2. And you are proud! Shouldn't you have been deeply sorrowful instead and removed the one who did this from among you?

5:2. You are so proud of yourselves, but you should be mourning in sorrow and shame. And you should remove this man from your fellowship.
